Ichthus 2010 - 24 youth and adults went to Wilmore, Kentucky for
the 41st Annual Christian Music Festival 'Ichthus'!
Romeo United Methodist Youth Group is a safe place for youth in 6th through 12th grades to come and fellowship with each other.
GROWING.... in our Christian walk. This is done by weekly lessons, along with events such as Acquire the Fire, ICHTHUS, Christian concerts and summer camp programs.
SERVICE....We encourage the youth to become involved in helping others. This is done through mission trips, serving in the church, raking leaves and shoveling sidewalks for the elderly, gathering food for Samaritan house, baking and taking cookies to shut-ins etc.
WITNESSING....We encourage the youth to share their faith not only in words but in their daily walk living out their faith. We believe an important component of discipleship is learning to share the good news of the gospel with everyone we meet and wherever we go. We encourage our youth to invite their friends to join us each week.
