Greetings Youth Group families.  We had an energetic day of youth group fun today.  We started with a reflection on a few of our favorite things: friends, family, youth group, pets, food, and more.  We then talked about God calling each of us His favorite and how God cares for and is never far from us.

We also took a minute to prepare for the coming Fish Frys.  To go with the banners they made a few weeks ago each of the youth were invited to share a favorite memory of a Summer Camp or Mission Trip experience.  We will hang these along with the banners in the Fellowship Hall to help celebrate the money raised for summer camp scholarships..

For those who haven't had a chance yet the sign up sheets are in the Fellowship Hall for anyone who would like to help with the Fish Frys (March 28, April 4 & 11).  There are all kinds of things to do and if you have never helped before and are interested let me know and I can connect you with Judy who will plug you in somewhere.

Also I shared with the youth that we have finally received our confirmation from Lake Louise and we are all set for Mission Trip July 6-11.  I will be sending the details out this week as well as a registration form that I am asking everyone to complete and make the deposit to reserve your spot.  This will be due back by Sunday April 13th if you want to ensure your spot on the trip.

Quick note that we will not have Youth Group on April 6th (I'm out of town) or on April 20th (Easter Sunday).
